White Kampot Pepper is made from Nearly ripe & fully ripe red pepper berries. These berries are hand-picked one by one when they reach peak ripeness on the vine (deep red color). After that we put it in the boiling water for 15-20 mins and soak it into the clean water over night and gently removed the skin rubbing by hand. Put it in the Solar dry tunnel.
Sorting & Grading: Once dry, the white peppercorns are hand-sorted to remove imperfect or discolored seeds. Only the Cleanest, most aromatic seeds are selected for premium white Kampot Pepper.
Flavor: Mild creamy heat with citrusy or grassy undertones. Best for Fish, poultry, cream sauces, soups.
